Jubilee party National Secretary General, Rafael Tuju has stepped up for the ruling jubilee party dismal performance in recent By-Elections held, stating, it is his responsibility to ensure the party performs deem necessary.
Speaking through late night CitizenTV News, Mr Tuju said, he cannot push blame on why the party lost 3/3 on parliamentary contests seats, including President Kenyatta's own backyard, Juja to People's Empowerment party(PEP) of Gatundu South Mp Moses Kuria candidate.
To add the salt to the ruling party's wound, Francis of United Democratic Alliance, associated to the Deputy President William Ruto won Rurii Ward, thrashing Jubilee aspirant Peter Thinji.
The former Rarieda Mp said," I take responsibility for not performing as well as we had performed in the past I don't want to push blame to anyone."
He, however, vow to turn things around ad he insist, President Kenyatta still roar in Mount Kenya amid ongoing speculation of losing the ground to his deputy, William Ruto who currently enjoys wide support of elected leaders from the region, including Ndindi Nyoro, Irungu Kang'ata, Rigaithi Gachagua among others.
Hr said, " We did not do well, we have to find out why. I would like to give assurance of the Juja Constituency as far as it is concern, we are going to work on area we never."
