Jubilee party awarded a tickets to Susan Waititu who will be flying the party's flag for the Juja parliamentary seat.
Waititu will be going on a showdown race with Jubilee MP Moses Kuria's candidate George Koimburi, after the Tangatanga faction of Jubilee failed to field a candidate for the race.
According to Itumbi's allegations, There has been an attempt by the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) to lure the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to remove Mr Koimburi in the Juja Ballot to no success.
However, ahead of by-elections in May, Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria was arrested on Monday night and taken to Karuri Police Station, where he will be appearing in Court on Tuesday(today).
According to the police, Mr Kuria was arrested together with other 60 for defying carfew directives imposed by president Uhuru Kenyatta.
"We arrested him with 60 others in a bar and Restaraunt past curfew," the police claimed as allegged by Itumbi.
Itumbi raised questions over Kuria's arrest, alleging that if he was arrested for defying carfew while in a bar, why are the bar owners free for operating past restricted hours.
