Man attempts suicide, rescued in Ogun
A middle aged man whose name is yet undisclosed has been rescued by officers and men of the Traffic Control and Enforcement Corps (TRACE) today, June 24th 2020, in Abeokuta the capital of Ogun State while attempting to jump into the Ogun river as a way to kill himself.
According to an eye witness, Ayo Fadimu of the Nigeria NewsDirect who reported the mishap on his Facebook page with the man's picture said the man attempted suicide by jumping into Ogun River but was rescued by men of TRACE.
'This man attempted suicide by jumping to Ogun River in Abeokuta today. He was rescued by men of TRACE, Ogun State.

However, the man was seen holding a bottle of sniper and some money in his hands while he was sitting down in a car assumed to be owned by men of the Traffic Control and Enforcement Corps (TRACE) in the picture.
The man who was a bit tall and dark in complexion, looks like he was saying something, probably arguing or begging the officials to allow him die or something.
Nevertheless, it was reported that he has been rescued.
