JOHANNESBURG - The National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa (Numsa) says the Labor Court has excused an application by ArcelorMittal to forbid a public strike by any means of its South African plants.

Workers partnered to the association have been protesting for near three weeks, requesting a 10% compensation increment in all cases.
