24 year old Nigerian-Born Dutch winger Arnaut Danjuma Groeneveld has completed his move to Villareal from Bournemouth for a fee of €25m, the deal is set to last till 2026, he will be joining his fellow Nigerian, Samuel Chukwueze, to take the Spanish league by storm. The Europa League defending champions are really spending their transfer money wisely, nobody saw them winning the race for the Bournemouth star, who was being looked at by bigger clubs like Liverpool.
Danjuma's move to Villareal comes with so much benefits, not only will he be playing top flight football, he will also feature in the UEFA Champions League (which will be his first). The Nigerian-Dutch made 52 appearances for the Cherries, he played a pivotal role in their 2020/2021 season, scoring 17 goals and assisting 7 in 35 matches.
