Chelsea Suffer Big Blow In Pursuit Of Leeds Star As Barça Prepare £60 Million Bid To Leeds

Barcelona are ready to trigger a £60 million for Raphinha which could possibly make the Brazilian International snub Chelsea for Barcelona.

The Blues came close to signing the Brazil international after reaching an agreement on a fee of £55 million that totals up to £60 million with add-ons.

Arsenal had also came close before Chelsea hijacked the deal and were the frontrunners in securing his signature. The player was open for a move to Stamford Bridge, however his priority has been a move to Barça.

According to reports by The Times, Barcelona are now willing to trigger ready an offer worth £51 million with a further £9 million add-ons.

Raphinha’s agent, Deco who was a former Chelsea and Barça's midfielder Deco, met with Barcelona president Joan Laporta yesterday where they negotiated on a possible move for the Brazilian.

Barcelona are confident of wrapping up the deal done given that the player is ambitious to play at Camo Nou.
