Chelsea could complete a deal for highly-rated Norwegian midfielder in summer.

Chelsea FC lost their last EPL match, after they were defeated by West Bromwich Albion at Stamford Bridge today.

Chelsea are willing to strengthen their attacking option in summer, despite securing Kai Havertz, Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner last summer.

The Los Blancos have expressed their interest in signing 22-year old Norwegian midfielder this summer, a report claims.

According to reports, Chelsea are considering summer move for 22-year old Norwegian attacking midfielder.

The Norwegian player is currently playing for Arsenal, and his short-term deal at Emirates Stadium is expected to terminate in June.

The 22-year old Arsenal loanee has played just 8 EPL matches for Mikel Arteta's team since he joined the Gunners in January, and he has been able to score a single goal.

Moreover, Martin Øodegard would be a major boost to Arsenal's squad if they could secure him in summer, as he is capable of playing as a right and left winger aside being a natural attacking midfielder
