Atletico Madrid have reportedly been offered the chance to sign 31 years old Bosnian midfielder Miralem Pjanic, as Barcelona are reportedly desperate to sell the midfielder ahead of the next summer transfer window.
The out of favour Bosnian midfielder, has failed to be a regular starter at the Camp Nou, of which his last appearance for Barcelona occurred in February.
Atletico Madrid are planning ahead of the summer transfer window to bolster their squad, so as to be able to contend for the Champions League trophy in the next season and as a result, are planning to raise a fund to strengthen their squad by selling off some of their players.
Atletico Madrid have remained keen on improving their midfield, having seen some of their midfielder been linked with a move out of the Wanda Metropolitano.
According to reports, Atletico Madrid have been offered the chance to complete the signing of out-of-favour Barcelona midfielder in the summer.
Miralem Pjanic has been been restricted to 28 matches across all competitions for Barcelona this season and could be a better addition to the Atletico Madrid attack, if signed in the summer.
