Things will be tough for City in the final against Sundowns but they have the potential to silence the giants and take home the MTN8 title, Mamelodi Sundowns are the favorites to take the final but if history is anything to go by then you will see it is not that Sundowns were unlucky but they have underestimated their opponents in this cups final.

Eric Tinkler will be looking to lead City to their second trophy as the coach in his second spell just like he did in first with the the telkom title, R8 million is alot of money and Cape town city have their eye on the grand prize but so do Mamelodi Sundowns and only after 90 minutes will we see who will lift the trophy.

Cape town city find themselves in a golden opportunity and will have the opportunity to seize the moment, there are only 90 minutes standing in the way of Cape town city to claim the title, they will be playing a very difficult team to beat and an on form Peter Shalulile who just can't stop scoring.
