Ghana’s former Special Prosecutor, Mr. Martin Amidu has been counseled to make TV3’s Date Rush program his hubby. The general notion is that if he seizes the opportunities to watch the program, he will be relieved of the several pressure on his mind and enjoy some good entertainment. The host of Good evening Ghana on Metro Television, Mr. Paul Adom Otchere offered advice to Mr. Martin Amidu on his program last night.

Mr. Martin Amidu has recently written another epistle and released fresh attacks on the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo. In one of his statements, Mr. Martin Amidu indicated that he has regretted ever receiving an appointment from Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo. He also accused Ghana’s Attorney General, Mr. Godfred Dame of sabotage. Some Ghanaians are gradually becoming fed up with the usual accusations being written by Martin Amidu on regular basis. Others have asked him to enjoy his retirement in peace and stop blaming people for his woes every day.

But Mr. Paul Adom Otchere has offered a piece of advice to Mr. Martin Amidu. According to him, Martin Amidu seems not busy wherever he is and needs a hubby to occupy him. He suggested that Date Rush is a very entertaining program and Martin Amidu can consider channeling his time to enjoy the program to ease tension. “It seems Martin Amidu has nothing to do, he should go and watch Date Rush it will help him”. He noted on live TV. According to him, there are other programs such as football and entertainment on television that can occupy Martin Amidu than writing epistles.

Martin Amidu has been against the Akufo Addo government since he resigned as the special prosecutor. He has tagged Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo as a corrupt President who did not give him a breathing space to work as a special prosecutor. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo has since ignored Mr. Martin Amidu. But Paul Adom Otchere has been replying to Martin Amidu at the least opportunity.
