Barcelona have sealed a new deal with Spanish forward Alex Collado. The Catalans exercise the option of sealing a two years extension in the Spanish forward's contract.
Barcelona released an official statement on their website to announce Collado's deal.
"The Club have exercised their option of a two year extension to Àlex Collado's contract which will tie him to the Club until 30 June 2023," the club confirmed.
"The 21 years old Barça B captain from nearby Sabadell came to the Barça youth set to play in the U10B squad and since then he has passed through all the age categories, winning the league and the UEFA Youth League in the 2017/18 season. His debut with Barça B came in March 2018 in a game against Lorca."
Collado made his first team debut under former Barcelonacoach Ernesto Valverde in the 2018/19 season in an away game against Celta Vigo in Balaídos.
