Twelve communities to battle for GHC20k in 2022 MTN Ashantifest Community soccer competition

Twelve communities are set to battle for the grand prize for this year’s MTN Ashantifest Community Soccer competition billed for 22-26 June, at the Bantama and Ahinsan Astroturf.

The 12 communities are Tech, Abrepo, Asokore Mampong, Fante New Town, Dichemso, and Kotei Deduako.

The rest are, Bantama, Asafo, Suame, Asokwa, Tafo and Aboabo.

The winner of the GHC20000 Grand Prix will receive a medal, MTN broadcast time, and a visit fee of 1000 Ghc, and the second-ranked community will receive 10,000 Ghanaian dams, a medal, MTN broadcast time, and a visit fee. Ghc1000.

The third-place team will receive 5,000 Ghanaian children, medals, MTN broadcast time, and 1000 Ghc attendance fee, and the fourth-place team will receive 2,000 Ghc, broadcast time, and 1,000 Ghc codes. MTN also rewards the best players, the king of goals, the best goalkeeper, and the fair play team.

This year’s contest aims to reward local customers for their loyalty and support over the years, as well as participation in several topics. According to the organizers, this was a way for customers to interact with them, as the first version allowed the company to identify the interests of its customers and how to improve their relationships with them.

The final match of the 2022 forum as a curtain for the MTN FA Cup finals will be held at 11 o'clock on Sunday, June 26, at Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
