Abubakar Malami, (AGF), has told the Federal High Court today in Abuja that former Vice President of Nigeria, Alh. Atiku Abubakar is not eligible to run for presidential election in Nigeria 2023.
Abubakar Malami said this in an affidavit in support of a suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/177/2019 and file it before the court.
In 2019, the EMA instituted the suit challenging Atiku’s eligibility to contest for President, which will bring another topic to this country and the whole world wide.
In a statement made by Abubakar Malami, he said “The first defendant (Atiku Abubakar) is not qualified to contest to be president of the federal republic of Nigeria,”
“The first defendant is not a fit and also is not a proper person to be a candidate for election to the office of President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Yet Atiku Abubakar has not said anything regarding this statement made by Abubakar Malami.
Do you think this can forfeit the right for Atiku Abubakar not to be able to participate in the forth coming general presidential election for 2021.
