DA MP Leon Schreiber has gone after articulations and culture serve Nathi Mthethwa for clearly falling asleep during the conversation on Human Rights Day in parliament.
The conversation focused in on diving in the lifestyle of fundamental opportunities in the fight against bias, xenophobia and related bigotries.
Schreiber shared a video of Mthethwa, saying: "Here is a person from [President Cyril] Ramaphosa's desperation department, Nathi Mthethwa, dozing adequately during a gathering of parliament.
"The DA's development of no confidence in this authority has never been more critical."
According to Schreiber, Mthethwa fell asleep again following an hour. "Following an hour and he's fallen asleep again. The best portrayal for Ramaphosa's dresser."
Attempts to get comment from Mthethwa's agent Masechaba Khumalo were unproductive at the hour of circulating this article.
Talking in parliament, Mthethwa reviled the attack on esteemed skilled worker Esther Mahlangu.
He said the attack was "bumbling and self-hatred" and moved toward South Africans to show ubuntu.
"Today, we ought to move toward all South Africans to audit their ubuntu. The attack on Dr Mahlangu was blockhead and self-hatred. I tended to her previously and she is strong. We as a whole, as MPs, ought to have her in our examinations and requests."
