Kakamega governor Wycliffe Oparanya, the deputy party leader of the Orange Democratic Movement has today held a meeting with EALA member of parliament Dr. Oburu Odinga Raila's elder brother.
According to Oparanya, they discussed many issues with main focus being on politics and the Orange Democratic Movement party in particular.
I was honoured to host EALA MP Hon Dr Oburu Odinga who paid me a courtesy call in my office this evening. We discussed a range of issues touching on The ODM party and politics in general as well as well being of our people." Governor Oparanya posted on his Twitter handle.
He further assured ODM members that nominations for various seats will be free and fair contrary to the past where a number of politicians have always complained of being rigged out.
"I want to assure politicians who are eyeing ODM ticket that the party will hold free & fair nominations." He concluded.
