Get a matured ginger and garlic remove the skin and chop into small pieces , then put all to a clean pot.
Wash the lemon with salt and squeeze out the Juice into the pot, cut the skin and add into the pot.
Wash the Cucumber and slice, add to the pot and add a reasonable amount of water and place on the Cooker or stove.
Allow to Boil for 10-15 minutes then Strain the juice into a container.
You can store this in the freezer and take first thing in the morning and at night

Cucumber has 96% water content and only 45 calories, it has no fat content and helps getting rid of conditions like bloating, water retention and constipation. It is very rich in Vitamin A, K and C and very great for flat tummy.
