Human rights activist, Pastor Moses Onodua has called on the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) and the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) to decide what Christians in the country should do in the forthcoming 2023 general elections.

While revealing the reasons why he is against the All Progressive Congress (APC) Muslim-Muslim ticket, he told reporters that the party made its choice already and Christian bodies should also make their choice and decide if Christians should vote for the ruling party or not.

"My advice for CAN and PFN is very simple; APC have made their choice of what is best for them, then CAN and PFN should also make their choice. Then, we will now test our might in the 2023 general elections."

According to a report published by The Sun, Pastor Onodua stated that Nigeria is dominated by Christians and Muslims. He added that a presidential candidate should be ready to carry the two major religious groups along to be fair.

He claimed that the APC Muslim-Muslim ticket won't work and challenged CAN, and PFN to prove their worth.
