The law society of Kenya President (LSK) Nelson Havi will never miss to drop a comment on any political happenings in the country.
Havi has accused the former prime minister and the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Raila Odinga for making a terrible political mistake.
This comes just a few hours after the Orange party passed a proposal to oust senior counsel Otiende Amolo from a parliamentary committee.
"With John Mbadi and Mohamed Junet as his advisers, Raila has committed an apocalyptic political error, It is done" stated Havi
The ODM party has been struggling to have one voice on the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) constitutional amendment ptoposal as a section of leaders allied to Odinga are opposed to the document.
The Siaya senator James Orengo, Rarieda Member of Parliament Otiende Amollo and lawyer Okongo Omogeni are opposed to the current document citing that some sections need to be reviewed.
It is not yet clear if the ODM party will retract the proposal to have Otiende ousted from a parliamentary committee owing to the fact that he is an asset in the party when it comes to legal issues.
