Manchester United kicked off the 2021/22 Champions League season with a game away at Switzerland against Young Boys.
The red devils who are on hot form named a strong line up with only Raphael Varane and Mason Greenwood the only ones left from the starting squad that defeated Leeds on Saturday.
After scoring in his debut, Cristiano Ronaldo was given the lead role again in attack ahead of Cavani.
As usual, the teams warmed up few minutes before kick-off but Ronaldo would make headlines even before the game following a wonderful gesture that was appreciated by everyone in the stadium.
While training, one of the stewards guarding the field from invaders was hit by a ball forcing him down to the ground as he held his face.
After spotting this, Ronaldo quickly rushed to the steward alongside the medical team and oversaw as they attended to the man, an action that proves how much of a great sportsman he is.
Many may call Ronaldo an arrogant player who always wants success but even for the neutrals we have all witnessed some great humanity shows from him over the years and tonight was another one of those.
