Carrots are great source of vitamins A and good for the skin. Carrots can be added to all kinds of dishes or process into carrots juice. Carrots are full of fibre that helps to improve eyesight and a very good friend to both skin and hair because of the presence of carotenoids that help to repair dead cells. Interestingly, high amounts of beta carotene may also add a warm, orange color to your skin, contributing to an overall healthier appearance.

Tomatoes.

Tomatoes are a great source of vitamin C and contain all of the major carotenoids, including lycopene. Beta carotene and lycopene have been shown to protect your skin against damage from the sun. They may also help prevent wrinkling

Another local skin food is the avocados. They are rich in both vitamins E and C. These vitamins repair damage cells. The fats present in avocados are very good for the skin. Skin irritation can be prevented by the the unsaturated fat found in avocado. This fat improve the overall well being of the skin. It also avoid skin dryness and wrinkles. When avocados are added to our diet, you will always look younger than your age. Avocads can be added to salads, meals of your choice.

Beans

This protein is healthier than animal protein. Beans come in a variety of colours and they are all good for the skin. Beans can be prepared alone or added to various foodstuff in preparation. Beans are very delicious and nutritious for our health. You can add beans to rice to prepare. You can also add beans to maize. You can again prepare the beans alone with fresh vegetables to get the best results for your skin. Beans prevent skin damage and repair worn out tissues and skin cells. Raw green beans are a good source of vitamins C. Beans help to protect the skin from oxidation stress. Beans also contain zinc which fight against acne and other skin disorders. Zinc helps the skin cell naturally and also have anti-aging property.
