Pep Guardiola has lead Manchester City to their third premier league-flight title in four seasons at the same time, winning Carabao Cup and has a prolific Champions league performance as he waits to teeth up Thomas Tuchel's Chelsea in the final.
Pep Guardiola praised stunning efforts from his players this season adding it was a hard season for every club in the premier league. According to the Mirror, Guardiola has however warned the City fans about expectations for their club.
The Spaniard says fans expect City to be on horizons again next season and win another elite trophy but that could be disappointing in the end. Based on the stark outfall of Liverpool this season, Guardiola admits next season he may face what his Liverpool counterpart has encountered in his disappointing campaign ever.
Guardiola says there is no guarantee the Etihad club will perform as they have done this season when the new campaign start. The Spanish tactician is concerned with the fitness of the players when the new season begins and with Euros in the middle, there are no guarantee players will back injury-free.
Guardiola says as a club they need to be warned and prepare for next season to ensure they are arguably doing better than their rivalries and don't be like Liverpool this season.
