Prophetess Monicah is the general overseers of the Prophetic city church. It's located In Nairobi county, Kasarani. The church is barely two years but her fame has gone all over the country.
Today she has confessed some of the major challenges she is facing as a pastor as well as other pastors. She said that nobody knows what pastors hear or see on behalf of other. She is also supposed to keep deep secrets and not to share them. Temptations also find their way to pastors too.
"Long but worth reading and sharing. No one knows :What a Pastors hears,What they sees,The secrets they must keep,The temptations they encounters,The tears they sheds," she posted on her Facebook page.
She is also supposed to manage loneliness and bitter experiences. Some of her followers do level lies against her and she is supposed to continue loving them.
"The sorrow they endures,The loneliness they manages, the bitterness they experiences. The Lies levelled against him/Her by some of the people he serves! How they accommodates those who pretend they love them but behind, they destroy them," she added.
Because she is a pastor, people feel that she shouldn't react to discrimination. She has to mute accusations as well as struggling to meet her expectations.
"How they try to live more than a human,The lack they suffers. The discrimination they must not react to,the accusations they have to mute at.The expectations they strives to cope with, even a fellow Pastor does not know what the other goes through. They are alive for God and yet they lives for Us!" Added Prophetess Monicah.
She is therefore pleading to her followers to keep praying for her and her fellow pastors. People should also encourage and respect pastors because they have a lot to deal with. They should also be slow to judge because pastors are also human.
"So ALL you can do for them is pray for them.A day must not pass without standing in the gap for them. Wish pastor well, & endeavor to understand them!Make them happy at least, For an unhappy Pastor is a disaster to the Church of God! Respect the pastor......Pray for the pastor....Encourage the pastor...Celebrate the pastor....Stop Judging pastors because of what you heard or saw...God bless you Pastor 🙏." She said.
