A fan did this to him, this caused a stir on social media

We all know that celebrities are different, some are generous to their fans and some are not so generous instead they become cold towards them. There's a video that is recently trending on social media of a celebrity showing love to his fan.

According to the footage the fan was crying because she saw her celebrity crush, she couldn't hold herself but to break down and hug him. They even took a video of her. Some people were mad saying that she was causing a drama, she can't be crying over local artist like that and some were quite understanding that when you love someone you do anything for them.
