Former independent electoral and boundaries commission chief executive officer Ezra Chiloba has been appointed as the new director general of the communications authority of Kenya for a renewable period of four years.
Chiloba takes the position that was left in 2019 by former director general Francis Wangusi.Mercy Wanjau took the responsibility as an acting director general.
The former independent electoral and boundaries commission is a policy consultant and principle partner with Chil and Kemp consultancy as well as an advocate of the high court of Kenya.
The new director general of communications authority of Kenya holds a degree in law from the university of Nairobi,masters of arts degree from central European university in Hungary and a master of science degree in programme management from the Oxford university in United Kingdom.
He also holds further training in corporate governance, project management, collaborative leadership and evaluation.Chiloba exited from independent electoral and boundaries commission two years ago.
