After Bombing Nagasaki In 1945, See How The City Looks Like Barely 80 Years Later


Nagasaki is one of the cities in Japan, a Pacific boarded country. Japan's active participation in both first and second world war reached it's climax when the United States of America bombed two of her cities Nagasaki and Hiroshima on 6th and 9th of August 1945. Japan surrendered herself from the war a week after a bombshell.

The bombing caused the death of tens of thousands of people dead while others affected by the atomic gases emitted. The cities' natural environment was completely destroyed including animals, soil, structures like buildings and infrastructural facilities destroyed.

However, the Nagasaki face on the world map has greatly developed barely eight decades after the bombing.

The greener environment, well and smooth roads and classy buildings are the true evidence on milestone made to restore the sanity and development of the Japanese cities.

The effects of the bomb are still evident in the country however the physical development. Till today, the gas is harmful to unborn and infants health. Some of the children are born physically disabled.
