Although there is still work to be done, one individual may prevent Amakhosi from signing him.Who will Kaizer Chiefs lose out on signing as NINTH?
Even though Kaizer Chiefs improved their roster and secured practically all of their targets, they still might not sign one man.
Thabo Cele, a midfielder from Poland, appears certain to remain with Radomiak as they are not now willing to part ways with the central midfielder for Chiefs.
Cele has been on Amakhosi's radar for a while, but they are only to blame for not signing him while he was still a free agent.
And this was after Cele's deal with his previous team, Cova de Piedada, had expired; yet, it is said that Stuart Baxter apparently felt no need to sign Cele at the time.
The athlete is committed to having a strong preseason and establishing his mark at Radomiak, according to Cele's agent, Hélio Martins.
Martins did, however, disclose that negotiations had taken place between Chiefs and Radomiak over Cele but that no agreement had been reached.

THABO CELE MAY NOT BE SIGNED BY KAIZER CHIEFS
Thabo is dedicated to have a great preseason and a strong debut for the following campaign. Though he is currently focusing on Radomiak, we are aware that the market closes later, Martins told SABC Sport.
"Kaizer Chiefs, a fantastic club, expressed interest, but communication between the parties has not yet been successful.
As the Soweto giants have already signed eight new players this transfer window, Cele might have been Amakhosi's NINTH acquisition.
These athletes include Mduduzi Shabalala, Kamohelo Mahlatsi, Dillon Solomons, Siyethemba Sithebe, Zitha Kwinika, Ashley du Preez, and Yusuf Maart.
