After holding a mega joint rally at the Nakuru Show Ground on Wednesday 26th January, Deputy President William Ruto on Thursday, 27th, resumed his Mount Kenya region tour as he eyeis votes from the region.
The Second in Command visited Kiambu County alongside his United Democratic Alliance (UDA) brigade to woo residents of the mountain to join his Hustler Nation and back his bid for the presidency.
Tension however rose high during DP Ruto's visit of Kiambu County after his supoorters were blocked from accessing a school he was visiting in the area.
Supporters of DP William Ruto were blocked from accessing PCEA Mama Ngina Kenyatta Primary school in Kikuyu constituency, raising tension after the supporters wanted to be given entry into the school to accompany him.
The DP was visiting Mama Ngina Kenyatta Primary School to commissioning the school during his visit to the county in the company of the area MP Hon Kimani Ichung'wa.
