As we wash and care for other parts of the body we need to take care of our heels and legs too. Don't assume that the legs are hidden and people don't always look at them know that every part of your body needs to be taken care of more so the heels. Cracked heels can cause low self esteem more so when you were open shoes.
Cracked heels can be caused by a medical conditions like diabetes, hypothyroidism, eczemia or some dirtiness. The heels does alot of work like walking so they need a moiturizer inorder to keep them soft and clean to avoid cracks. If you leave the heels dry without a moiturizer it will crack.
To get rid of cracked heels at home you need 2 things that's
1. Baking Soda
Using baking soda is so easily and can do wonders to your heels. Baking soda when used it acts as an exfoliaror that helps to remove dead cells from the heels.
Add 2 spoons of baking soda to warm water,soak your legs for 30 minutes then scrub your heels with a stone then dry your heels and apply your favourite oil on it. Try it 3 times a week and you will have a soft heels within no time.
The second one is White Vinegar. Using this will also help you have soft heels this white vinegar helps to get rid of dead pores and skin
Take 1/2 a cup of white vinegar put it in warm water soak your feet for 30 minutes and scrub your heels after that dry them up and apply any oil of your choice.
