Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel is allegedly hoping to land his dream targets possibly this week after intensifying talks in an attempt to bolister his squad ahead of next campaign.
It's claimed that the Stamford Bridge heavyweights are considering to sign Manchester City's duo Nathan ake and Raheem Sterling for a combined fee if £71m with City willing to cash on them after a series of talks with Todd Beohly.
However according to Football London, Chelsea have made a contract offer for Barcelona's and Frenchman Ousmane Dembele with decision imminent having been tipped to sign for the premier league heavyweights as a free agent.
Dembele is set to leave Camp Nou and premier league is termed as his preferred destination thereby seeming close to being welcomed at Chelsea.
The Blues are as well monitoring Jonathan Claus's situation with Tuchel viewing him as a perfect target to replace Cesar Azpilicueta who's pushing for Barcelona.
