FG extends ease of lockdown by another four weeks, lifts ban on schools Inter-state travels. The National Coordinator of The presidential taskforce on Covid-19, Aliyu Dani, while briefing newsmen this afternoon, said schools will only resume for graduating classes. Interstate travels to continue but only outside the National curfew hours which is 19pm to 4pm
2020, a year full of uncertainties, a year that gave humanity things that they never prepared for. It's quite unfortunate that things are not the way they used to because of the Coronavirus that emerged from Wuhan, China.
Because of the spread of the virus, the Government made some rules to curb it's spread. For weeks now, the government has eased lockdown but schools remained shut and interstate travelling was banned.
The F.G has made new changes that will gladden the hearts of many, especially students and traders. The government has approved resumption of schools but only for students in their final year (that is Primary 6, Jss3, Ss3, Final year students), so they could prepare for there final exams.
The Government also approved interstate travel but only from 4am - 10 pm, which starts on Wednesday, see the full video below;
