Harambee Stars midfielder Philip Mayaka was the captain for Colarado Rapids ii today in the morning as they beat St Louis City 2.1 in USA. The Kenyan has been amazing for the side as he continues with his consistency in the league. Two weeks ago,Mayaka scored his maiden goal in the league and has now been entrusted with the captain armband. The Kenyan received his first call to the national team Harambee Stars under Turkish tactician Ingine Firat. However, he did not make the final list due to the number of expenses midfielders in the team.At the age of 20 years, being given leadership only highlights his progress as far as distance is concerned.
