Suspended National Chairman of the PDP, Prince Uche Secondus believes in the PDP and appears to have shown commitment in ending the internal crisis rocking the party that gave him the opportunity to become a two-time PDP Chairman in Rivers State and also emerge the National Chairman of the PDP in 2017.
It appears he has considered the appeals David Mark reconciliation committee made to him to save the party from further crisis. According to Sun newspaper, the Rivers State born politician has given the PDP one condition to withdraw his court case against the party.

We will be discussing the condition Secondus gave PDP in this article and why litigations threaten the October national convention of the PDP
Secondus made it clear that all suits against him must be withdrawn. I am not surprised that Secondus made this demand because Wike who is at the centre of the crisis rocking the PDP has vowed not to withdraw his suit that suspended Secondus from office despite the appeals David Mark made to him.
Secondus' demand is fair for those that have followed the development in the PDP in recent times. Recall that Wike and his group were the first to go to court to get a ruling that suspended Secondus as PDP National Chairman.

That is a clear breach of what the PDP constitution states which is that only the NEC can suspend the National Chairman. Wike wants to keep Secondus out of PDP activities until after the national convention. Secondus is fighting to ensure that he is not disgraced out of office.
Uche Secondus and his group have approached the Appeal Court to ensure that he is restored as the National Chairman of the PDP.

What do you think will happen if the Appeal Court gives a judgment that favours Secondus?
The National Convention of the PDP will be suspended because Secondus will be restored as PDP Chairman and all the actions taken by the Acting National Chairman will be null and void.
That is why David Mark has continued to appeal to Wike to consider the future of the party and opt for out of court settlement.
