Suna East Member of Parliament Hon Junet Mohammed has disclosed how Deputy President William Ruto and former Prime Minister Raila Odinga fueled 2007/2008 post-election violence as new details emerge.

According to Junet while speaking at Othaya Town during day one Azimio Rally in the Mt Keya region, he said that DP Ruto and Raila Odinga fueled the witnessed 2007/2008 post-election violence saying that DP Ruto played the biggest part through incitement.

Junet Mohammed has sensationally claimed that Deputy President William Ruto pressured former Prime Minister Raila Odinga to reject the results of the 2007 elections that led to unprecedented post-election violence.

"This person, the Deputy President, has told us that he wanted to slap Mr. Kenyatta in a bid to force him to reject the outcome of a court decision to annul the 2017 General Election," Junet Mohammed has said.

"Let me tell you today that he is the same person who exerted pressure on Baba to reject the outcome of the 2007 election. You all know what happened after that. Is this person fit to lead Kenya?" Suna East Member of Parliament posed.
