The summer transfer window is at it's peak with top european clubs battling for their dream targets ahead of next campaign but things are good enough when it comes to Man United who are finding it hard to lure Erik Ten Hag's top transfer targets to Old Trafford.
It should be noted that Ten Hag's priority is to strengthen his backline, defensive department and his attacking options with Frankie De Jong, Jurrien Timber, Antony and Pau Torres termed as favorite targets to do so.
Apparently it's quite astonishing on how United's board is handling transfer window with reports claiming that the 59 year old Dutch boss is already frustrated.
However according to the Sun Football, United's target Matthijs De Ligt has requested an exit permission ahead of potential switch to premier league amidst Man United and Chelsea links.
The 22 year old is one of top transfer targets for Ten Hag having viewed as a perfect target to replace struggling Harry Maguire and injury prone Raphael Verane.
Meanwhile, United are planning to make a fresh bid for Barcelona's ace Frankie De Jong in the region of €75m with add ons.
