Extremely painful periods are not normal. Please ladies, do some research on endometriosis.

Menstrual cramps is not easy on me particularly. Sometimes I will feel like eating and in the next 2 seconds, no appetite. I will stand small, sleep small, walk small and even bath with hot water.

To those of you wondering what endometriosis means and still won't research on it,let me help y'all a little.... Endometriosis is a disorder in which tissue that normally lines the uterus (womb) grows outside of the uterus.

Also into adenomyosis. This less commonly known condition can lead to more than one period a month with extreme pain. It lead to my hysterectomy, which then lead to the discovery of my cervical cancer and ovarian tumor. Be your own advocate!

Also sensory issues and periods need to be researched and discussed more! Autistic/adhd folks might suffer a lot more even without any physical issue to cause it.

May God help our sister's

A disorder in which tissue that normally lines the uterus grows outside the uterus.

With endometriosis, the tissue can be found on the ovaries, fallopian tubes or the intestines.

I did some research on it, and health talk on endometriosis way back in nursing school.. And it's a condition that most young girls go through and many are misdiagnosed as dysmenorrhea. I will love to go back on that journey though.

The pain and other symptoms of endometriosis can affect different areas of life, including the ability to work, medical care costs, and difficulty maintaining relationships also Fallopian tubes may be blocked.

Reminder to everyone with a womb and ovaries, research endometriosis if you get painful periods. Even if you have sensory issues and a more painful period anyways, there might be more to it.
