Meet The Only Woman In History To Have Married Two President, Fate or Luck?
Good day everyone, as I bring to you another interesting story while I was making my research, I came across this and thought of sharing with you.
As you would agree with that been in the position of a "first lady" in any country is not a joke how much more becoming first lady of two different countries and that should actually be term fate not luck.
An African woman named Graca Machel you may say was so lucky to have married two different President of two different countries and hence became the only woman in the world's history to have been the first lady of two countries.
Graca Machel, 74-years-old mozambican Politician humanitarian as at that time, first got married to the former president of Mozambique, samora Machel in 1975.
However she became a widow in 1985 when samora died in a mysterious plane crash just inside the South African border as reported.
As fate would have it, the former South African President Nelson Mandela also found her worthy to marry, and they spent 15 years together as a couple before the anti-apartheid hero died in 2013.
This made her the only woman in the world to be the first lady of two different countries.
In one of her touching statement she said "it not two leaders who fell in love with me, but two real people".
Apart from fate I think there must be something so special about her I mean becoming the first lady is not a post to apply for else I believe she would not win it the second time!
What's your take?
