Ghanaian legal practitioner and co founder of Danwa Institute, Gabby Asare Otchere Darko has warned the minority caucus of parliament for their decision to kill the 2022 budget presented to parliament by the minister of finance, Ken Ofori Atta yesterday.

According to Gabby Asare Otchere Darko, if the budget is not approved, it will mean that Government will be free from worry in 2022 because no one can demand anything from government.

He said rejecting a national budget means that there will be no money for government to spend on developmental projects in that particular year. He said there will be no money to pay workers, there will be no money to construct proper roads, schools and hospitals.

He ended by saying that, there will be no show in 2022 until the Minority caucus change their minds and approve the budget.

"Rejecting a national budget means for that budget year there will be no money to spend on anything by Government, including wages; no cash for roads, schools and hospitals. It means no show" he shared on his Twitter page.
