The Member Representing Katsina-Ala East State Constituency, Hon. Jonathan Agbidyeh has sympathized with the families of Acting district Head of Michihe council ward Zaki Shom Shidi and tax collector chief from Mbamo kindred whom were killed at Abaji-Kpav settlement in Katsina-Ala LGA.
He described the attack as sad and disheartening and reiterated his commitments to use every available legislative input to bring lasting solutions to the problems facing Shitile Nation.
The Honourable Member was told chief. Shom was killed by unknown gunmen at Abaji-Kpav market at about 12 noon while the traditional ruler was in a meeting with some of his subjects.
Mr. Agbidye equally identify with the MUE TER IPUSU Katsina-Ala LG, Chief. Ordolough Shimagande to intimate him on the incident, the traditional chief acknowledged his efforts and promise to liaise with the member to maintain peace within Shitile communities.

The catholic bishop of Gboko also called when the news got to him, he promised to follow up the program and by the special grace of God will be at the burial himself. He sent a deepest condolence Message to the family and the entire Michihe people over the incident. I pray God keep his soul in peace".

Chief Shom Shidi until death was the kindred head of Mbagena Kpav but became acting Tyoor of Michihe Council Ward when Chief. Ordolough was elevated to MUE Ter IPUSU Katsina-Ala.
