The once busy Town of Elburgon known for a vast of activities that included the esxportation of Agricultural products from farmers in the area by means of Railway that crisscrossed the region is lowly fading and losing its glory. After the government issued a ban on tree cutting, the area has stopped being busy with activities.
However, another disease is haunting the occupants at Elburgon and the main target being young adults between the age of 18 and below. Most of these cases have been highlighted as suicide where bodies of young you'd have been discovered.
According to a report by one of Kenyas top media house NTV through a report prescribed from the Director Of Criminal Investigation Department(DCI) nearly 500 Kenyans have died by suicide in the three months leading to June this year the youngest among them being a 9-year-old child.
The cases of mental health should be a matter of keen interest to ascertain where the problem is emanating from.
Our country is under attack from a disease only identified as mental health and is becoming more vicious that Corona Virus, our loving president Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto Together with Raila Odinga should work together to direct the country through a smooth transition in the health sectors.
By doing this many lives will be saved, also our parents and teachers in various parts of the country should be educated on the ways of handling children.
