The Nigerian Super Eagles have taken to their social media accounts to show how serious they are about their next encounter with Liberia. Their match, which is scheduled to be held at Teslim Balogun Stadium, will kick off on the evening of Friday 3rd of September.
In the post made on the official Instagram page for the Super Eagles, they declared that they are ready to face Liberia for their first match in the qualifiers game. However, the Nigerian national football team started their training this week at a popular hotel known as Eko Hotel, where the assistant coach had a quarrel with the staff for interrupting their training and briefing session.
While for the Liberia national football team, it won't be a surprise to play with the 3rd best African team according to FIFA ranking. Both countries have had numerous encounters which mostly ended in favour of the Liberians. But their next encounter will determine their readiness for the Qatar 2022 World Cup.
