Lovemaking is a pivotal pillar for healthy relationships, be it a marital or love relationship. Lovemaking helps both partners to realize how important they are for each other. No matter how many shortcomings or limitations we have, we always wish to be intimate and close to our partners. However, despite the intense pleasure that lovers drive from this act, it has some negative effects.
One thing that happens commonly during lovemaking is sudden death. We have heard of many stories where someone dies while making love with his or her partner. Just recently, a 71-year-old man from Lagos State died while having an affair with his lover in a hotel. According to the Punch Newspaper, the tragic incident happened in 50/50 hotel which is located in Sagamu local government area of Ogun State.
According to credible sources, the man went to spend a night with one of his girlfriends there who was identified simply as Joy. However, he met his untimely death while having an affair with the lady. It was not clear what lead to the man's death but regardless of the cause, there are some important lessons we can learn from his story.
Firstly, we all agree that lovemaking is important in every relationship but we shouldn't be in a haste to make love with our partners because everything has its pros cons. This type of tragic story highlights a dangerous side to everyone’s favourite pastime, so remember to take care next time you get down with anybody. Before you decide to make love, make sure you are hundred per cent fit for the act.
Lovemaking is a form of exercise which could be from light to vigorous intensity. if you are not fit, this exercise will be very difficult for you to perform.
Secondly, we should not let temptation force us into doing things that can affect our health. Lovemaking is not the only thing we can do to satisfy ourselves when we check in with someone. There are other forms of intimacy like cuddling and romance that we can try when we are not physically fit for lovemaking.
