Lazio are interested in signing Barcelona midfielder Philippe Coutinho on loan with an option to buy him permanently thereafter for £25million.
Coutinho has been heavily linked with a departure from the Camp Nou this summer and there have been suggestions that the former Liverpool player has been offered to Premier League clubs on loan. Arsenal has been ardent on signing the Brazilian ace in a swap deal including Aubamayeng or Lacazzete.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Barcelona would be willing to pay half of Coutinho's £200,000 a week wages to allow him to join Lazio. This move may happen soon because the club has already stripped him his jersey number. In yesterday's opener match against Real Sociedad he wasn't included in the starting XI because his future is still in doubt.
The player might have a better chance to restart his form after having couple of injuries last season. Sarri might be in his way to get his top target this season
