The spotting of the cow on that road has elicited mixed reactions from Kenyans as most of them question If the government of Kenya was really serious when they imposed strict measures on the use of the Nairobi Expressway.

Among the rules that were set up by the government on the use of the Nairobi Expressway include:

The restrictions of pedestrians, motorcycles, livestock, crawlers, loaders, tricycles, tractors, and forklifts on the road since it is fully fenced.

It should also be noted that during the launching of the Nairobi Expressway, the government stayed that in order to use the Multi-Bilion road, one would have to part ways with around 12,000 shillings on a monthly basis.
