The 2021/2022 Ghana Premier League champions Kumasi Asante Kotoko have turned down a transfer deal for Ibrahim Imoro from Belgian club, Club Royal Antwerp.
Right after the league it was rumored that, Ibrahim Imoro was needed by the club but little did we know that, the rumor has gone from been a mere rumor to a transfer deal.
According to GSN and a post from Sports Obama, the Porcupine Warriors have rejected a transfer deal for Ibrahim Imoro worth €250,000 from Belgian Pro League side Club Royal Antwerp.
Per the contract, Club Royal Antwerp wants Ibrahim Imoro on a season loan worth €50,000 and will then sign him permanently in a deal worth €200,000 if he impress them. But Asante Kotoko has failed to accept their offer.
They will not take the deal but rather want an amount of €550,000 for the talented young left back. Kumasi Asante Kotoko wants a loan amount of €150,000 and wants a permanent deal of €400,000.
