The few selected victims of the Ponzi investment scheme went to the Church with flex banner demanding that Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, the Senior Pastor and founder of the Christ Embassy Church, refunds the money which the owner of the investment scheme, Mr. Maxwell donated to the Church, adding that the money was taken from the scheme.

Reports stated that the group who went for the peaceful March demonstration were selected people who are said to be able to control their anger and emotions, in order to avoid any form of violence during the exercise. We have been told that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) is currently investigating the matter and Mr. Maxwell has agreed to start refunding capital investments by August this year.

Thousands of victims who invested with the Ponzi investment scheme are patiently waiting and hoping on August as promised by the owner of the scheme.
