Manchester United defender Alex Telles has tested positive for COVID-19 and could be ruled out of next weekend’s clash against West Brom.

Alex Telles is no longer in a transmissible state of the coronavirus but Uruguay does not accept the entry of people who have tested positive for the disease. If Alex test positive tomorrow he will not be allowed to enter Uruguay to play in his country’s next game and he will be sent home from the Brazil squad and return to England.

Due to the Premier League’s COVID rules, Telles may have to isolate for a period of 10 days which would mean he will miss the visit of West Brom on Saturday.

Other news. Dries Mertens has scored in 3 successive appearances for Belgium for the 1st time in his international career.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has a non-penalty of just 0.9 in the Premier League this season. That ranks him 45th in the league and 4th within the Arsenal squad.

Arsenal's attack is in serious need of some restructuring.
