Former Machakos Senator Johnson Muthama has dropped another bombshell attacking President Uhuru Kenyatta as the Building Bridges Case takes a new direction.
On Tuesday during the Court of Appeal proceedings on the High Court case against the Building Bridges Initiative, former Machakos Senator Johnson Muthama has delivered a contentious statement attacking the Jubilee Government issuing fresh details.
According to Muthama, he has penned alleging that the Current Government is known for disrespecting the Court and its orders claiming that court orders issued have always been treated with contempt.
Warning that Court Orders should be respected going forward, Muthama has informed that it should be clear to all leaders that the waves of Democracy anchor on the sea bed of the rule of law and break at the beach of court directions.
"The current Kenyan Government is known for defying & treating court orders & directions with contempt. It despises and disparages judges at will. This should cease. The waves of democracy anchor on the sea bed of the rule of law & break at the beach of court directions," Ex-Senator Johnson Muthama has said.
On the ongoing case against the BBI Solicitor General Ken Ogeto has informed the Court of Appeal that the ruling against the BBI was a personalized attack against the President, which he said "climaxed in legally unfounded solutions".
