Photos Of A Church Entirely Built With Skulls And Skeletons Of Muslims

The Capela dos Ossos (English: Chapel of Bones) is one of the best known monuments in Évora, Portugal. It is a small interior chapel located next to the entrance of the Church of St. Francis. The Chapel gets its name because the interior walls are covered and decorated with human skull.

"These bones were set in the walls in 16th century and were taken from an overcrowded graveyard. Muslim occupation of Portugal ended 1000years prior so how was this the bones of muslims? Muslims were not the only ones being buried in that graveyard so this person is just saying stuff for effect" - A Christian Scholar said
