Brushing our teeth has become an essential part of our daily routine. Everyone brushes their teeth in order to get those gleaming whites and to help prevent decay, plaque, and bad breath.
I've been suffering with toothache for the past month, following a cavity and filling a few weeks ago. I tried everything I could think of to get rid of the pain, but it didn't work. I went to the dentist on several occasions, but the pain would not go away. The only horrible option was for me to have my tooth extracted.
I begun searching the internet for home remedies to cure my toothache and i stumbled upon something which i never knew will be my reason to smile again.
It revealed that i should just add salt to my toothpaste before i brush my teeth. I wasn't sure about it at first but then i said, What's the harm in trying?
Later that evening, I gave it a shot. Brush my teeth gently with a toothbrush that has been smeared with toothpaste and a pinch of salt. After that, I fell asleep almost instantly.
I tried again the next morning and continued for a week. What astonished me was how quickly the pain in my tooth had subsided compared to when I first started using it. I couldn't stop grinning the entire day.
In addition, I noticed how much whiter my teeth had become. I'd finally found a solution to my difficulty. I kept going, and the pain was gone in less than two months.
When I went back to the dentist, he was astounded at how healthy my teeth had gotten. I told him what I did, and he's started urging others to do the same.
I figured that someone else might be in pain, so why not share this with everyone to help someone else? Toothache is excruciatingly painful, and no one wants to go through it.
