BEN WHITE----Brighton and Hove Albion
Chelsea are likely to repeat the 2011 swoop of an Arsenal target exactly ten years later. Even though, the North Londoners are known to have proceeded extensively with their quest to acquire his signature, Chelsea, has joined the race to sign the English centre back and are favourites to land the 23year old even though Arsenal has had two bids rejected already and have tabled a third. It certainly looks like the Mata race in 2011 and once again, the odds are in favour of the blues. Brighton and Hove Albion; however are asking for a fee in the region of £55m to £70m.
Chelsea FC knows when they are beaten and after all attempts including a 56.1million bid for the inter star has failed, they have thrown in the towel, allowing the Moroccan to sign with ligue 1 giants PSG. Chelsea are now looking elsewhere to bolster their defence. In the coming days, options will emerge in West London and we will be here to inform you.
ERLING BRAUT HAALAND-The deal all blues are looking forward to.
Thomas Tuchel won the most prestigious club title in Europe with very little to no threat in attack and blue fans can only imagine what he will achieve with an ace striker leading his attack. Well there is a big Haaland boost for the blues. First it looked like a choice between Haaland and Lukaku for Chelsea probably due to the huge interest in the 20 year old Norwegian by other European giants, but that was before Dortmund slapped him with a £150m asking price. Of the four interested clubs, Bayern Munich dropped out sighting financial difficulties as their reason, very little has been heard from Barca after this tag. Madrid still stay in contention but are only willing to pay £113million. This leaves Chelsea with the chance to meet the asking price and sign the forward. Having agreed personal terms with the player, all that is left for the blues is to make a bid and have their dream striker grace the Chelsea number 9 shirt: With Dortmund looking for replacement in PSV's Donyell Malen, a deal is more likely to go through before the season starts. Good news for the Blues.
